We abide by the Irish and EU Rules on Data Protection.

GBM will not give, sell, trade or rent in any way or form information supplied by our customers to a third party. Your information is strictly used for internal GBM purposes to process your orders.

We need to collect basic login data (e.g. email address, password, company name) when you register with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (ie. invoicedelivery addresses, phone numbers etc) at the Checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

When an order is placed via credit card, payments are taken at the time the order is placed. GBM value our customers privacy and understand that you don’t want your name and personal details sold or given to third parties. GBM will not sell, give, trade or rent your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party, who will also keep your personal details protected, when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery.

Are payments on GBM secure?

Absolutely Yes ! At GBM, we never store your credit card information on any of our systems.  Your credit card details are encrypted and stored directly by our payment gateway providers Worldnet who are fully complaint with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). GBM uses a secure server to automatically transmit an encrypted message to Worldnet, Stripe, AIB and Bank Of Ireland.
