Soft, flexible cover with rounded corners, an expandable pocket in the cover, elastic fastener, bookmark and a thread-stitched inner book are standard features.

145 x 210mm size is pocketable but big enough for extensive notes.

121 numbered pages with a blank table of contents. 8 sheets are perforated and detachable. The thread-binding ensures the book can open flat without pages becoming loose. Recently-improved acid-free paper is 80gsm 'ink-proof' paper that takes all types of pens very well.

Also supplied are labels for cover and spine for easy filing when full.
